Will try JK next week as I am in Kerala now.
That is not a battery issue. Yes it came up 2-3 times.
This is due to the starter, which will be serviced from Lucas with the alternator next week.

Um, not quite....!

But more like a RALLY car of it's heydays! Nice car btw!

Anyways, long time since I've been this way..........lost touch with this thread ever since it was moved out of the V & C section! And that is usually the only section of team bhp I'm used to browsing once I'm online!

BTW, I have a doubt: there is this red SS80 currently being done up at a local garage I frequent. It has this digital clock on the dash- is it an original one, which came on the DX? Unfortunately this car (a much abused one) has none of the other original features of the DX, even some of the glasses are local brand and all filmed! So, difficult to identify.

Sure it was... Sir Roger Moore promoted Seiko watches in late 70s/Early 80s James Bond Films.
Toyota Corona was another product Sir Roger Moore promoted in that era.
