OMG! it was just this morning, on my way to work that I was thinking, Sumo comes with 4x4, imagine if they put in the Dicor- it will be fun.. and viola!!!

I should start thinking nicer thoughts (liek i wish someone gives me a million dollars! )

The 2.2 is Euro IV compliant.

Let's wait for more new to come in because originally the 2.2 was only for the Safari and Xenon. Keeping the target market and product mix in mind the 3.0 would have been a better option for the new Sumo.

Its coming with a 2.2 L Dicor, the 3L will move onto the Pick up and the 407 platform.

They did but detuned it to 120bhp and 250Nm

Even that's far too much for the cabbies .

However, with the right equipment in the top-end version, this could create a niche for itself, especially with 4x4 plonked in, what say!!!!

I totally agree with Suman, 120bhp is too much for the cabbies. They should launch a cab version with the dicor engine at a cheaper rate for the cabbies.
