Wonderful coverage of the expo folks.

Now I guess I need to start a thread of whether to go for the Safari Dicor VTT 2.2 or for the Xenon without the 2.2 engine, wonder when they will launch the Xenon in India with the 2.2 engine would want to convert that into an RUV for long haul family trips .

Odd in that it isn't damned ugly?

That does make a welcome change from the last few years of Renaults!

what i meant was given a choice would you choose a CTS or is c class is worth buying?

i thought CTS bigger than the c class in size, is it?

so if CTS is with C class
that means cadillac BLS must be even cheaper

you see sir, in autocar they had mentioned that cadillac BLS was expected around 25+ lacs to compete with the likes of A4, 3 series etc

anyway good to know CTS is comming for that price

do correct me if i am wrong

i thought its like this

Cadillac BLS--> C class,a4,3 series

cadillac CTS --> E class,A6, s type

Cadillac DTS --> vw pheaton, A8 etc

You are right to some extent,AMATMO.
The BLS (which shares its platform with the SAAB 93 & the Chevy Malibu), competes with the A4.It actually looks a lot like the STS.

Wow..I like the trucks by MAN. The electronic ticketing system seems pretty cool too,though I wonder if the driver would be able to use it/a conductor would be required to enter info into the system.

Let me try this:

BLS = Accord/Camry/Passat territory

CTS = C Class/3 Series territory

STS = E Class/5 Series/A6 territory

DTS = S Class/A8/7 Series territory

Or so GM would like to think. Some Americans agree, the rest of the world is still skeptical though truth to be said their quality levels have gone up in recent years and the cars are truly impressive now.
