IMO such things would only happen at fiat.lol.
ram
cool we didn't knew you loved Fiat so much, is it the same "assumed statement" or some credible information. We would love to hear about your experiences with those pilots.

Why is the BLR Concorde showroom near Dairy Circle decked up for the Ferrari arrival ? Where these at Concorde ?

Btw, the paint job on the Ferrari's (the design) reminds me of Mazda more than a Ferrari. So much for brand promotion.

I believe the Concorde team were part of the welcoming team in Bangalore for the convoy.

Saw them yesterday at the bangalore-hosur border waiting for the cars from Chennai.

Well, heres the story:

On Sunday, after lunch i decided to head out on the bangalore - Krishnagiri highway to get a good look at the cars on the open road. Was at the krishnagiri toll plaza at 1500. On the way, i realised : what if these guys decided to take the OMR via Kolar. That would be bad, no? But anyway stuck to my plan. Waited till around 5:00. No sign of the cars. Then decided to head back home. Stopped by at nilgiris @Hosur to pick up some stuff. Saw this cute little red 500(it was pouring by then, and just abt 15 mins of daylight left.) The worst part, i was alone. So right hand on the wheel, left hand on the digi. Just a video of the 500. Nothing great, except that the 500 is there, for a minute or so. (So much so, no enthu to even upload the video. tailed the 500(and the winger) till the arch on the border. the guys from concorde were waiting for the cars there. 1-2 snaps of the 500(it was still raining and getting dark). waited abt 15 mins for the 612's or the Bravo(i was more keen for the Bravo). No sign. Still pouring and totally dark. turned around and 5 mins later, one of the 612's pass by.(not that it was a clear sight in the dark, plus rain). could just get a glimpse of her in the passing headlights. turned around again, and headed to where the 500 and the rest were waiting. they had already left. that was enough. decided to go home.
My guess is they would have passed the tollplaza at K'giri around 545-600. If i had waited maybe another 15 mins i would have got a better look of these cars. But then , it was already getting quite dark and signs of imminent rain. So decided to turn back. Still cant get over the fact that missed the 612s on the open road by about 15 mins. The 500 looked kind of cute in town traffic. So that was not that big a disappointment i guess!
Thought of catching up with the 612's at the West End. But somehow, not able to convince myself it was worth it. On the open road, it would definitely have been. Another day, maybe.

And yeah, when i read this again , this sounds real downright crazy.
