the chances that a extremely attractive lady will stop next to you at a red light is determined by who is your co passenger. if you co-passenger is your :-
1. gf - always
2. boss - 50% chance
3. alone - never

- If the road is totally empty and you are negotiating a curve with high speed, there will be a vehicle parked or moving in the corner.
- Speed and direction of motion of empty Autos [without passengers] are always random.
- The traffic cops can always smell the expired insurance and emission records.
- On the day you forgot the helmet and bypass the regular traffic checking point, there is always a possibility that the cops changed there checking points. And the new point in on the way you are traveling.

Default Indian Driving totally opposite

Hi People

During my stay in UK for few years, i am able to pin point few driving techniques in which Indian are totally opposite when compared to driving style in UK

1) In UK dipper means giving way to somebody from opposite direction, In India Me first me first.

2) In UK blowing ones horn is to somebody is offensive , in India its my birth rite.

3) In UK learners driving licence is valid upto 10 years as people fail again again and have re appear for driving tests as sadly you can't bribe the instructor. In India its valid uptill 30 days as one is expected to bribe and get a full licence.

4) In UK when people show they gesture when you give way to a pedestrian or to a vehicle coming from opposite direction. In India normally its teri _ _ _ _ .

But seriously i love driving in India for its own reason.

Thanks

Amit

Very true....
add to that if you are with your g/f on a bike, no matter what you do your overly conservative uncle will spot you.

Thumbs up

1. If you see a motorcyle with a very bright headlamp coming from the opposite direction, chances are that it is a truck with only one working headlamp.

2. If you try using the car water sprinkler on your windshield, chances are it has no water and your wiper spreads the dirt uniformly over your glass.

Motorists start moving 5 seconds before red goes green and keep moving untill 5 seconds after green has gone red at a signal

1. A truck will always breakdown in the middle of the busiest route
2. Autos will always fail to start when the Red traffic light changes to green
3. After you spend what seems forever in the traffic jam you notice that it's all caused because there is a car parked in the middle of the road waiting for the women to finish their shopping
4. The number of lanes in a N lane road is always N-1
5. There is always a vehicle parked right under the No-Parking sign

Absolutely true. These mini-cabs have dazzling headlights and also they do fairly high speeds, and the combined effect deceives you...

In Bangalore I noticed 1 thing. At the intersection where a sub-road meets the main-road, the main road will have speed breakers on both sides of the intersection and the sub-roads have none!
