now aren't those cars left hand drive....the one in the ad seems to be a right hand drive model.

Yep. It is indeed an 1970s Opel Manta. The Ad was shot in Kuala Lumpur by Planet Films, and conceptualized by Leo Burnett. It cost more than Rs. 2 crore.

Its a Shelby Cobra. See the ad very carefully and you can see the logo of the cobra with its hood raised on the front grill.

True. Thanks for pointing it out Sam.

Actually the letter b was missed out innocently. It was when the cola was actually launched that the typo was noticed. The company stuck to "thums up" as they had loyal fans following and hence didnt want to introduce any changes.

Such bottles are sold for 10 - 20k (If seal is intact).. buyer collects bounty from distributors for not publicizing said bottle.

Thats what I heard from lawyer that showed me a coke bottle with Manikchand pouch inside. He paid 12k for that.
