Honda Jazz is a Hatchback, and as mentioned earlier the car looked like a BMW, and also the side profile resembling the Honda City. So I am sure it would be Next Gen Honda City. I think Honda takes some time to finally launch it.

No offence meant dude, but IMHO it is not worthwhile to get into a situation where the other driver is desperately trying to shake you off or get you off his tail. Someone could have got hurt. Not worth for a couple of scoop pics. He wouldnt have cared, for its a TD car but then its a public road.
