Default Which Type of Maruti Service is better?

I am wondering which is better for servicing your car.

1) Maruti Dealer service shop
2) MASS
3) Maruti owned MASS

Your thoughts ?

Default Hmmm

To be frank, it depends on what kind of experience you have. Let me give you an example. In Bangy, the majority on the forum think that Bimal Auto sucks. But I personally have not faced any issue there.
Give your location and also your preference (Viz., you want the nearest centre or you don't mind going far) and the NCR folks might help you.

Location is not a constraint North/west/east/south delhi. All will work.. This was also a general question as to which option is better?

Hi dude
I got my Swift Petrol serviced from Maruti owned service station at Naraina.
I found it to be quite decent.
You need to book in advance though.

I used to get my esteem serviced with saya dealers ( Gujranwala Town) Near EDGE GYM. Was more than happy with the service. Did not face any issues with them

It really doesn't matter who owns it, or whether the service station has a dealership attached to it; what makes the difference is the quality of people and the management's commitment levels. If the purpose of this thread is for you to find the right outlet, search through our archives. Plenty of reviews in there.

for me i found that if a dealer has i own workshop then it is easy to get each and every point checked.also the availability of spares is another issue.
there may be problems with small authorised centres with respect to the spares.
however i had got my baleno serviced from apra automobiles once, and had no problems with it.

I rate FairDeal cars in Sahibabad to be pretty good, at least for routine services and stuff.
