Spotted: Maruti Suzuki Splash And A-star - Team-BHP

Hello Everybody

These are the pictures of possibly MARUTI SUZUKI SPLASH and A-STAR

I am not sure as the cars are not Named on the body. But White one has headlamps and grille similiar to SPLASH...and the backside of black and white is also similiar to SPLASH..
So one is definitely SPLASH. Which one is other that has no labels..

spotted in delhi by a guy named Ronnit
Source for pictures from ORKUT.

Also look at the Black suzuki, looks like SPLASH with diesel heart as it is called VDI.

wat do you guys thinks..

I feel these are good cars with booming small car market.

P.S: Moderator, if these has been already been posted, either delete the thread or move to appropriate section or merge with existing thread

Ya interior is indeed trendy... I am still not able to know which is the second car, black and white are indeed SPLASH, but the second one is a big confusion. Please throw some light on it

The Black one has a 'ABS' Decal on the rear.

The photos have not been taken by him. He clearly tells that these have been sourced from orkut. So he cannot watermark them. I am not sure that these can be put here without permission from the original source. Mods will decide. Nice scoop, nonetheless.

Awesome Scoop!!! The battle of the hatchbacks gets hotter by the day. Do we know the launch date for these and if MS will phase out any of the existing models (I doubt it). If these perform as good as they look, they can give the I10 a run for its money.

The black Aplash is not only ABS but it's a VDi. Wow already testing the 1.3MJd on this. Can't wait for this.

edit: Wish there was a side profile pic of the A-star. The pics don't really show teh size of the car.

ps: have a look at the No Parking board in the background. lol.

nice find, yes they are the A-star and the splash, the black car is carrying the -VDI ABS moniker, interesting so what engine will it be running, also how will these be positioned, sure some of the existing models are gonna get the scarp!

Looks like they are out to rock the small car market.

I thought that A-star was just for misleading others away from Splash, but I am dead wrong.

I had read some where in T-bhp that splash is coming out soon. Though not soon, but they will now come for sure.

They are looking great i.e. very unlike Estilo or Wagon R in that segment.
