Today an article in TOI says that Linea is coming during Diwali and the Grande Punto is coming early next year.

Now there was no mention of Bravo.

The bravo was reportedly coming for 20-22 lakhs.
Doesnt make any sense

What the fiat management is saying
that we are not introducing these cars like 500, bravo to get hold of a share in market , but to make a good brand value.

Does brand value come only with price and not with quality etc?

That is really surprising from Fiat. Not to many people would be buying the Bravo at 22 Lakhs and the 500 at 14. The people who can afford a car of 22 lakhs would not go for a Bravo (atleaste not in India).

As per my knowledge, Bravo will be priced around 15 - 20 lakhs!

Pls note this high price is coz Bravo is bought to India as a CBU!

I hope someday it will be manufactured in India and made availabe at around 7 - 8 lakhs, then many hatchlovers like me can aspire to buy one!

Bravo is a CBU. It is 15-16 lakh plus.

P.S. : I wonder what is wrong with AutoBild. AutoBild said 11-13 lakhs for Jetta. So this pricing is quite low than what the real prices turn out to be.

Now why would anyone be interested in a Fiat hatchback which costs in excess of 15 lakhs ?? It would have made sense to manufacture the Bravo in India as they are doing with the Linea. At least the CKD route would have been better as it would still made the Bravo attractive price-wise.

I saw Fiat Bravo in Pune on East street. It was looking damn hot.

Could not click the picture as it was zoomed past me.

"Zoomed past" on East Street ???? I hope the driver was in his/her senses as East Street is hardly a place where one can zoom by even if the car has superb handling.
