The only discounts that Toyota is offering in Mumbai is Rs 65,000 on the price of the G4 or the V version.

I am also very keen to buy the Innova so please update if you have any better discount being offered for the Innova.

Went to Toyota showroom today to get some work done on my car. Asked a couple of mechanics about facelifted Innova's launch, they said the present model cars were not dispatched by the company since some time now & the new one would be reaching agencies in 2-3 days.

Old wine in new bottle, If they would just change that coffin style design (no offence meant to the owners)it would be a great vehicle.

It has everything, quality, ergonomics, space, comfort...but looks & shape leave a lot to be desired.

Got a call from Nandi Toyota this morning. The vehicle will be on display in the showrooms from Jan 21. The official launch is on Jan 28 - no information on the pricing, though.

According to autocarindia, launch is scheduled on 28th of Jan

here is the details from autocarindia
Toyota is expected to launch an updated version of its Innova on the 28th of January. According to sources, the facelifted model will come with a new front grille, new fog lamps and clear lens headlamps. On the inside too, climate control air-conditioning, steering mounted audio controls and an in-dash CD changer will be on offer. "

Does that mean it's there on display today?

AutocarIndia uses and abuses the phrase "According to sources". By just saying that, they give information that is not defenitive and it can later be justified by saying that that sources didn't get it right If I am not mistaken, it was these sources that had told AutocarIndia about the December launch

I do hope that 28th Jan is the launch; though I must say that in Delhi even today the newspaper carries ads for the current Innova, so I am not very hopeful
