The front grille looks good- much better than the Spirit facelift, and for me, definitely better than the old smiley grille. With the black interiors, photography quality is pretty bad, can't even see much detail in some of the photos :-(
Alloys looks nice!

Looks nice! How much more expensive is it?

It does seem a tad underpowered though, to be called a sports version!

it looks nice - mitsu almost made me run the other way with spirit facelift but i seriously expected some performance improvement, if not a new engine, atleast some tuning to milk some more out of same engine cheers:

well anyways all that can be done once you buy the car and afaik the price is already on their site Mitsubishi - Price
9.87 lacs ex showroom - 40k more than spirit

Man This car looks so amazing.
Cedia has always been a good car to drive and with Momo and OZ , HM have redefined the meaning of Stock fitment.

But ya , this deserves a better engine.
I'm not saying its bad , but i feel a bit underpowered .
Also HM needs to have a better service network.

Many people just avoid cars like this for service issues.

and in some places like bangy we need more dealers - its just one dealer here which means no negotiation for discounts

also i forgot to mention the brochure looks really amateur - where do HM - mitsu get this brochure stuff done, hope this internal prezo and not customer handout

I liked the new sporty steering - this is one thing that was very much missing in present version. Wonder if it is possible to upgrade?

Only external change from the present seems to be the new grille and alloys - again welcome change.

I am told more dealers/ service centres will open up soon. Also this pdf is an internal document only meant for dealers AFAIK.

what mitsubishi needs. is to bring the new 09 lancer here. with both the better petrol/diesel engines. the petrol 4B10 and their VW sourced 1.9TDI which has a lot of healthy torque @ 300-350Nm. then probably HM could too get an extreme makeover.

I think with Cedia Sport(?)'s ex-showroom price of almost 10L, it comes only about 70K difference with low-end Altis.

I was opening the pdf with so much expectations - Sporty steering wheels, sporty pedals, spoiler - What a joke! Reminds me of Estilo Sports edition and Honda Civic sports.
