wouldn't it make more sence to introduce Civic than going back to OHC?

We should be seeing civic armed and ready to storm the roads by diwali time. The localization is going on right now they have almost the entire assembly line in place, base price should be nearing 10 lacs. Lets hope they have no more delays! Its about time they entered the segment.

Thumbs up Civic

Civic could change the rules in the segment where corolla rules now. Honda has a good brand image in india that will help it too.

Eagerly awaiting the launch of the all new Civic.

hope no car makers go the Skoda way of delaying launch of new models!

Neither, Honda's policy is to bring the latest and greatest to India. The new Honda Civic will look something like this: Note styling cues from Geneva concept.

The OHC is out and gone. It'll never get into production ever again.Just hope they launch the Civic with a powerful engine rather than the economic one.

I agree the OHC was a gr8 car...but it's time ppl get over it now....it's time to move on and welcome new models rather than sulk over what will NEVER come back into production. It was definatly a gr8 performer and looker but the interiors sucked ...the NHC turned things totally around and gave us way better interiors as compared to the old, yes it did comprimise on looks and performance...but i guess u can some ..u loose some.

I am not really excited about the new Civic. The latest gen Civic is plain boring - The looks are staid and Its not really driver oriented. For me, there just aint any difference between the Corolla and the Civic.

Boring....yes but, i'm gonna save my comments on the driving experience until i test drive the car. I doubt it'll be as boring as the Corolla in the handling dept.
