Which present car/SUV sold in India has the most polarizing design ever? - Team-BHP

there are cars which look good you fall in love with it, there are some which look average, and there are some which look downright ugly.

And then there are some, which look so controversial that sparks begin to fly as regards to the opinions of the looks of the vehicle.
In other word, either you just love it, or you just hate it, or there is a heated debate which goes on and on..

Which car/SUV in your opinion falls into this category, the one that has the most polarizing exterior design?

Verna, Swift, Fiesta (to an extent), Linea.

Practically all Indian cars are like that.

The Innova has a big pro-and-anti division of opinions. Over the years, the car's looks have grown on us. But there are still a lot of people out there who won't buy an Innova just because of its looks.

I have some names too:

1. Swift Dezire (the rear part when viewed from the side,else its a nice design).
2. Mahindra Xylo (The front end).
3. New Mahindra Scorpio (I liked the earlier designs).
4. New BMW 7 series (the last design was the best according to me)

I won't talk about the front or backs but the ENTIRE car design in general. Each car has it's weird shapes somewhere but overall it can come together unlike some.

-The swift was awkward when it was launched, but it's the best seller now. Never before seen shape in India, lots of people found it horrible.

-Innova was another weird design, but it still sells like crazy.

-WagonR...worst car design according to me, but it still sells.

-Nano, come on accept it, it is weird.

-Jazz...mini Innova with hints of Indica...hate it.

DeZire. It would have looked better if they cello-taped a boot perhaps.

Sid's question was about a design that polarizes people into those that hate it and those that love it.

It would be difficult to count the number of people that LOVE the Dzire - I think everyone would agree that it looks plain fugly.

Therefore it shouldnt be on the list, else the Logan would be on the list too for being ugly.

I think the ugliest car we have in the market is Mahindra Logan .

It seems like it was desinged by who know least abt styling :@

Well guys, i think the thread starter is talking about the most *controversial* design, and not the most *ugly* design.

To me, it has to be the Swift. Either you hate it, or you love it.
Some call it ugly frog, but others like me just love the Mini like looks. With clear lens tail-lamps that they introduced lately, the rear looks a lot more palatable.
