Yup that's exatly why I was wondering, because I'd heard of it being on display at Hangar since quite some time now.

Would see our BHP brothers at the Launch. Getting one home.

Dad does not want to wait, this is his car. He had the option of the XF and the E and since the owner of the dealership is his friend he is sticking with the E. Torque monster it is but since the car would be run less compared the others and he likes his short power bursts this car is good enough. Next year shall take the 350 cdi. One now and one later.

Dippy, Fireblader,Diesel Headrock (part of the company) and myself were there for the Launch last night at the Trident.
I think dippy would be filling everyone in with a report of the same.

The new E Class was launched in Mumbai on 4th of October following the launch in Delhi earlier this month. Even though the car is already in the showrooms, this event was organised to showcase the car to the customers of Mercedes Benz . Auto Hangar head honcho Mohan Mariwala was present along with Dr. Aulbur the CEO of MBIL to unveil and give more info on the all new E.

Me and Fireblader were present at the event. It was a mini meet of sorts with speedy, MadMonkey, 4wdrifter joining in. Also present were diesel_hardrock and michael_schume.

Neat pictures, Dippy. How did she look in person? I am still unable to get over the loss of Merc's "classic Merc" styling.

I love the front end even though its no where the typical Mercedes styling. The rear is quite disappointing to say the least. Those tail lights just dont do it for me, infact they look better on the estate version of the W212.

Great photos; convey my wish to Fireblader! Sorry I was planning to be in Mumbai, but since press launch was at Delhi I had to be there.

Just saw the E350 in new light. The car is gonna be for display at the Auto hanger showroom. It is white with saddle brown interiors and looks like a killer machine. Sorry i did not take pictures as the driver was in a hurry to get the cleaning work done on the car.
