Default Race track in Mumbai? Lets take a step closer.

Victor Hugo once said "No army in the world can stop an idea whose time has come" So true!

The lack of a race track around Mumbai is quite conspicuous an intriguing. Mumbai, which is home to numerous supercars, super bikes, tuned cars, and thousands of motor sports fans. Fans who wish they had a place where they could burn rubber, a place where they could unleash all the BHP, all the torques and all the CC's their cars/bikes have.

Wouldn't you just love to have a race track near Mumbai where you could just let it rip without breaking any laws?

This brings me neatly to my idea. My idea is to build a race track around Mumbai. For this I require your support, the support of the entire Team BHP community. All I want you to do is to cast your vote in favour of my idea at the following link:

Himanshu Narvekar

Who knows, this idea might just get selected and we could get our race track near Mumbai.

So go on and vote. Lets take a step closer towards racing in Mumbai.

PS - I am open to questions on this thread.

what would be the benefit of your dynamo?

it will just convert the chemical energy of the fuel (petrol, diesel, etc.) into electrical energy.
It will also lead to pollution because numerous small engines will be used to produce the power by numerous vehicles.

How do you plan to harness this electricity?

Thanks for the query.this means you have read my idea. This is a good start when you get to know that some one took the pain to read my idea.

well, my dynamo is not going to convert any new fuel into electricity. What I am planning to do is just use the rotating motion of vehicle's wheels inorder to produce electricity. Just as hydro electric project uses the force of water to rotate a turbine, in my setup, the turbine will be rotating when ever my wheel rotates and it happens when you drive your car. It will be a very light weight component and hence it shouldn't exert much load. To begin with, it will be attached to the rear two wheels of the car so that it doesn't interfere with the steering functionalities.
