Discovery Turbo is indeed a fantastic option on the TV now, however can't say if I would have a last laugh while watching the idiot box with the better half.

Like many here, I also stumbled upon this channel yesterday morning and the first words that came out of my mouth was WOW.

Chanced upon watching the Gypsy built, American Choppers, Redlined; though could not watch all of them completely, thanks to the better half.

I am looking forward to watching TV over the weekend.

Cheers,

Note: I'm going to keep this common thread for all discussions on Discovery Turbo (shows, episodes etc.). It's the least we can do for a channel dedicated to cars. I hope it clicks, because that would ensure its sustainability in India (as also the entry of other channels).
Maybe we, as an automotive community should let discovery know they are being applauded for taking this bold step.

Maybe a letter of appreciation from team-bhp? That should boost their confidence in "Indian Telivision" even more.

Channel number??

I got Tata Sky at home and I can't wait to get back and watch it. Finally, something to watch apart from Football on the idiot box (motorsports aside).

Simple just ask them to imagine the Veyron is the Saas and Mclaren F1 is the Bahu. LOL

If its a fight they want, it doesn't get better than Discovery Turbo!!!

Channel number??
PS : MODS IT WOULD BE BEST TO ADD THE CHANNEL NUMBER FOR THE RESPECTIVE CABLE RECEPTIONS IN THE OPENING POST. WLL SAVE A LOT OF CONFUSION. AS OF NOW ITS JUST TATA SKY CHANNEL 221.

With the kind of cut throat competition between the cable providers, im sure these channels will be made avialable in a few days. If not, theres never been a better reason to switch to Tata Sky.

Default Awesome !!

I watched it yesterday...high quality content and the best part is that the guys are not afraid to call a 'spade' a 'spade'. This one guy reviewed night vision on the 'S' Class and called it a 'Gimmick' and utter rubbish..
Normally you find indian anchors on tv calling it the best ever salon, perfectly engineered, etc etc..no one will ever find a fault or would be scared of finding one

I just checked on the Dish TV website. They have no mention of Discovery Turbo :(

I hope we get it on Dish TV soon.
