I remember a major goof-up in the movie 'Yuva' in the scene where Ajay Devgan gives Vivek Oberoi a lift. IIRC, they had shown a Libero in one scene & a different bike in the next one.

Many 118NE's have also been annihilated.
Now the Opel Astra, Corsa & Ford Escort are cheaply sold.
Next in line by 2015 may be the Accent,Ikon and also the Baleno which are depreciating fast.

Dude, that was not a goof-up. That was Rajanikanth! I have heard he is God. Probably that's why he can defy all the laws of physics, chemistry, biology etc.
I wouldn't have been surprised even if the Prado would have turned into a Stealth bomber in that scene.

These action scenes were shot in Brazil and South Africa. While choosing the locations, these guys didn't even bother to consider that Brazil is LHD and SA is RHD!

I had noticed this the first time itself. Probably because I expected the roof to dip the moment SRK started climbing the car!

Partner was being aired on a tv channel yesterday, and I too observed this!

I am watching Mujhse Shadi Karogi on tv right now. In one scene, a yellow Zen with an odd registration number (because the scene is shot in Mauritius) is shown when PC comes out of it. Later, when AK drives it, the number is GA 01. When the car jumps on a speed-breaker, it's an Alto!

Ever noticed that in Bollywood movies, they always blow up stationary cars (mostly cielos / ambys) high up in the air? Bonus points if the protagonist is wearing shades and facing the camera, trying to look cool. No Ronin quality car chases here.

In '3 Idiots', 'Chatur' flashes a pic of a Lamborghini Diablo on his cellphone and says something like 6496cc.

In one Movie of Our "Mithun Da" (he is a mechnic in the movie). The Ambassabor that he parked, the keys of the same car are taken away by one bad guy.

When our "Mithun Da" returns, he does some thing in the engine bay, now goes inside the car, cranks with a key and drives away .

Was there any master key available?

Some common Bollywood goof-ups:

1. Like V-16 mentioned earlier, there is no logical sequence of routes. Every person going from anywhere to anywhere in Delhi HAS to go to Rajpath. Funny! I live 5 km away from there and almost never need to go there. In the movie "RUN" Abhishek Bachchan, on a CBZ with Bhoomika Chawla as pillion, is being chased by gangsters. He passes Rajpath and reaches a Railway Crossing!! There is none anywhere nearby.

2. Car / model interchanges, Interior / Exterior goof-ups are just too many to point out. What is painful is the period-pieces which goof-up.

3. Omnis were used as kidnap vehicles, but while I was in Assam in early 90s / late 80s, almost ALL ULFA kidnapping would happen in Omnis and all firing from Yamaha RX100s.

4. Television serials are the worst. Guys in villages of Bihar drive MH-registered cars. In order to have "no resemblance to any......", a Haryana based serial has cars registered as "HA-XX..." instead of "HR-XX...".

On the other hand, one of the best samples is the recent movie "Peepli Live". But the detailing of that movie is almost uniformly brilliant. All the news media comes in HR-55-XXXX yellow-plated vehicles (if you are in NCR, you know what I mean). The village reporter drives a 2-stroke Yamaha RX-something. The buses are authentic rickety stuff with "MU-" plates (for Mukhya Pradesh). The village cops come in Mahindra jeeps. It all adds up.

Heres a goof-up I just noticed in Raajneeti.

Manoj entering the warehouse in his Safari(seems like current gen)
Name: raj1.bmp
Views: 3027
Size: 471.5 KB

Now as soon as he enters, he losses his spare wheel!
Name: raj2.bmp
Views: 3047
Size: 484.3 KB
Name: raj3.bmp
Views: 3064
Size: 449.0 KB

From the front looks like the 1st gen Safari! Well, can be that he modified the rear to resemble the current gen look.
Name: raj6.bmp
Views: 2987
Size: 451.4 KB

Then as he has been shot, the spare wheel is back!

@ Dry Ice
That was some real observation

Saw the move myself and was looking for such goof ups. As the movie neared the end, I got lost I guess
