The car is not coming to the 2011 Beijing auto show.

If you carefully Look at this poster behind the Huatai B11 car, and it still shows the current accent/verna being on display at the show. This pic was captured outside the show hall, which begins on april 23.
Besides, Hyundai will make its new verna debut at Korea first followed by other markets later.

I feel the design is influenced more by Toyota than Honda. Especially the front grills and curved lights.
yes. looks like mix of Altis and city. Pricing would be the key here. Current verna top end sells at 10L+ OTR in Bangalore!

Surely Hyundai needs this in India soon since Verna is selling around average 1.3K/month!

The design is not all that City-like except for the grill styling. This is more sedan like compared to the MPV-ish (cab forward or whatever) body of the ANHC and NHC. But i feel there is more Genesis influence carried in here.

WOW... Looks to match the power.
Front and side profile are great.
Rear is OKish (Looks like design clues were taken from ANHC).
I just hope they do something about the suspension.

This looks good but the front end is a bit fussy IMO. Hyundai's are trying hard to stand out these days, with all that "fluidic design" and stuff. While the new Sonatas and Elantras don't look bad, they look a bit amateurish when compared to the best from Europe and Japan.

Wow! All I would say is, Kill the accent, bring the present verna at the Accent Levels and sell this just a notch above to compete with the Linea, City, Fiesta etc.

Thumbs up Nice !! Its getting hot in here

Well Done Sid ! Well Done Hyundai !
Its getting hot in here, The New Polo Vento revealed, the New Verna Revealed, Ford Fiesta 2010 Sedan revealed . Finally some competition to the City. I hope they have the dynamics right this time around though, the present Verna is Scary to drive IMO (Plus no airbags!!).

Nice sculpted design. But they've overdone the front a bit IMO. Will be interesting to see whether Hyundai sells this alongside the current Verna or replaces it altogether in India. If its the former,we could have three generations of the Accent/Verna selling at a time!

The design is overdone. Just cuts and curves. After seeing the pics for 2 or 3 times, one question is ticking me. Is the car Admiration Guaranteed?
