Oops! we move to space comparison to performance and looks.

I wish someone to place both the cars next to each other & send his feedbacks ( Call me whatever you want )

@Steroid, if someone likes Swift and highlights its merits, dont mean their eyes are wide shut

Thumbs up hahaha

Agree with Aseem on what he said abt both getz and Swift.
Sometimes the truth put bluntly may prick...

But the point is that we are not happy with Maruti because they cud have given a Baleno engine and we wudnt have had this whose is big! discussion.

Then again price wud be a factor and SWIFT wudnt be setting the sales charts on fire had maruti gone ahead and got the new engines..They got their strategy right i feel.

We have a Red Swift Zxi at home and i think/believe Getz has more rear leg room space . The ladies wudnt bother abt this as most of em are less than 5 feet 6 inches. The front seating in the SWIFT feels better than the Getz IMHO.

At the end of the day Swift is more bang for the Buck....Period.

We will always compare with A, B and C and have discussions/arguments going until a new one makes its way..

Hurry Home

If we are discussing space, then except for the space in the front, Getz scores over Swift. But if you are looking for a fresh and peppy performer, Swift it is.
In other words, for driving pleasure - Swift, for family practicalities - Getz

i have a Getz, and have sat in my cousin's Swift, and no doubt, the Getz has more leg space compared to the Swift. not a big difference, but its a little more comfortable than the Swift.

IMO getz is far ahead of swift in terms of space... swift rear is very poor... no thigh support, very narrow seat and not enough space too.... getz feels a lot airy and spacious... even i feel getz front is as good as swift... in terms of interior comfort i give getz a 5/5 but swift will be onlu 3.5/5. Surprising coz swift appears quite wide but due to thich doors interior space is cramped... and that boot ! its not good enough... only deep like a well, i was schocked to see such a small boot....

Where the swift gains is in engine, handling and performance... a superb hot hatch.... but for the family man i recommend the getz if u dont mind the xtra 50k
