When i drive our 10 year old Matiz in the sweltering Chennai heat,
it feels great to be inside a cabin which cools in no time.
Till today my car AC works as good as new and i get reminded about how proud i felt when the results of an AC comparo done by Indiacar long back showed the powerfull Matiz AC was next only to the 30Lac Merc-E class.
Eventhough we have a another new santro at home i rarely drive it for it doesn't give the 'feel' of this grown old baby who doesn't have even a single rattle till date. Touchwood.

For me its the engine sound of my m-800 while doing 40-70 kmp/h in third gear, the roar(well not exactly) is just amazing.

I love all the torque available low down in my diesel cars. I love to upshift early and ride the torque wave.

Cool Shhhhh..

A unique topic. I love to do this in my car:

Take it out for a spin late night, with the windows rolled down to hear the turbo whistle and the tire roll. This would be enhanced if driven on the right most track (near the centre median)

I love to see my car sparkling after a thorough wash. I could stare at her for hours together !

BTW, she is a SWIFT in white

The one thing that strikes my heart's chord every time I drive my swift is the Turbo kick in and the easy to drive feel of the car.

Love you Swifty

I love the looks of the Mitsubishi Lancer SFX(i). It may be a decade old design but it's got very clean, sharp and proportionate lines which makes it one of the best lookers in it's segment, even today! It's one of the reasons why I'm still hanging on to my Lancer, before the current generation intl. version of the car comes to India. It looks even better in RED and still better when the car's just been washed! Esp. the front 2 quarters of the car. Here are a few pictures of my car for illustration purposes.

For me,the magic starts as soon as I turn ON the key. I just love it when my car comes to life. And on the move the sheer refinement, power, ride and handling is simply mesmerizing. That feeling cannot be explained by words. Its like the car is an organic part and it "feels alive" and talkative.

Every kilometer in it has been amazing and i so so love it. I'd buy it a thousand times over again.

The Swift Turbo does it for me. It can smoke most cars costing 5 to 8 times the value of a Swift. The expression of the "expensive" car owner is worth taking a picture of..though I have never done that, but hey that is a thought !!

Cheers

Inspite of all the grace, when the fatcat Civic effortlessly redlines, brings an untold joy.

A very unique topic indeed. I love to watch my Linea while in motion especially the view from the sides. The grace with which the beauty moves and turns corners is hard to put in words. Unfortunately I get to see my Linea in motion only when passing in front of glass panes of malls as I drive her 99% of the time.
