Have fun and drive safe!

Shan and wolf, Hvae noted your requirement, will try and squeeze in your bookings somewhere.

All right folks, I am signing off and will be back on the forum on Monday. For those coming from outta town, please drive safe. We'd love to see you all on the track, rather than off it.

In case any of you need to get in touch with me I will be available on my mobile. Don't forget your helmets please.

See y'all Track side.

Arrow Foot clearance

Anybody here driven the new LGB Hyundai? Is there clearance enough for a pair of Suede sports or are driving shoes necessary?

Where exactly is this showroom ? Closer to Poonamallee or is it just off Koyambedu ? I will try to make the 6:45 timing.

And where do you guys plan to have breakfast ? Are there restaurants near the track ?

EDIT : I think Farhan mentioned food stalls at the track. Should do fine I guess.

Default Foot clearance continued

One of the drivers is going to be a 6-foot novice and unlike a 16-year old, takes advice very seriously. I wouldn't want to see him dissappointed.

Perhaps someone who's driven an LGB swift might have some pointers on the foot clearance area?

Yeah right. so if the head doesnt fit into the helmet, drive without one?

BTW, last time i rented the LGB, i was wearing hiking boots (woodlands lookalike). And i was facing no issues. Better still sneakers would be ideal IMO.

Well apart from my formal shoes and the hiking boots the only other shoes i have are 6 pairs of reebok which tend to be a lil slippery when the (rubber) soles get wet. (expected some rain during that time as the first trackday was blessed with unexpected showers). Didnt want to take chances with my foot slipping off the brake pedal.

These boots though not bulky were comfy enough.
