I think participants have to look out for their own transportation of cars. Best way is to hire trucks since I am not sure ACI will take up transportation this time either. Though I am told that they might reimburse some amount after showing the participation pass at the Bangalore office after the drag. I am yet to get my 5k (?) for over a year now . I would seriously not suggest driving down a car thats going to be raced.

Yup i agree with you my friend.....i wouldnt want to risk it, Got quoates from a few transport companies, it works out to be 9.5-10K both ways. Will try and group it with the rest of the team i guess.

Default Some Important Information For 2 Wheeler Participants

as said before by AUTO CAR INDIA that you need FULL LICENSE which cost you around 1,000/-
(includes your PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE).
LIKE ME, most of participants felt this as PRETTY HIGH amount,SO,on behalf of all participants
i requested AUTO CAR OFFICIAL's about this issue and finally they decided to take NOMINAL
amount which is 200/-. In this they provied you ONE EVENT LICENSE.
So now all you need to pay is
1) 200 for 1 event license.
2) 250 for PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE,(you can get on your own,you need Personal accident
insurance worth 2lakhs which should include high risk & hospitalization plan).
3) 500 for your ENTRY
DOCUMENTS you'll have to sumbit-
1) copy of valid driving license
2) copy of FMSCI license (which is available with the ORGANISERS)
3) copy of PERSONAL ACCIDENT POLICY.(which is available with the Organisers at 250/-)
4) 4-Passport size photographs of the COMPETITOR
LAST DATE TO SUBMIT THE FORM IS 23RD FEB,BUT I SUGGEST YOU NOT TO KEEP IT FOR THE LAT DATE
BECAUSE,GODFORBID,IF YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE NOT UPTO MARK THAN THE ORGANISERS HAVE FULL RIGHT TO
REJECT YOUR ENTRY. SO BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.

Guys, quick question... if I want to participate in say 2 or 3 classes with the same car, do I have to pay 3x the entry fee?

I'm not sure I'm going to participate at all right now though, because, sadly, I'm having some problems with one of my tyres! :(

We've been through this before:
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/motor-...tml#post720317

And somewhere else as well where (if im not mistaken) there was some kind of blanket statement as to which BMWs do have runflats and which dont.

No, the M-Divison still does not fit RFT's on its cars. They still run on good old Tubeless tyres!
