I got to keep watching my RVM
Make it 29 (tentative) 2 more with me. Cars undecided

And a RVM sure starts looking like a necessity. Guess some regulation is gonna be needed. By the way the numbers only refer to us. What if there are gonna be others who decide to come by on 5th? the track for sure would look like Mount Road during Rush Hour

Don't worry not all the cars will be running at the same time, a lot of them will be sitting shotgun, so i don't think it will be a real problem. Anyways not everyone will be pushing there cars too.

Why are you fussing over an over-crowded track? You dont watch F1 qualifying?

Am planning to come as well for the bike session, might be bringing two friends also along.
The bike event starts at 9 am 400 bucks per bike/rider with safety equipment (Elbow guard, knee pad, jacket, gloves. helmet).

I haven't decided yet. I think I will be deciding at the venue. Let there not be any confusion on this.

I am already doubtful about my run. The Corolla is undergoing a front end surgery right now (Lower Control Arms and Link Rods Replacement). The last thing I want is to replace the rest of the front end parts after the track day!!

Seems like you are all fired up with the "Short ratio" Mistress huh ?
Just a thought I had, with the number or prospective cars on the track.

No offense to anyone, but not many people do watch their RVM.
Anyway we got to give "racing room" people even if we are not racing

As long as the track is not used for the race weekends, every day it can be used for P&P, unless there are some companies that hire the track for private testing.

Vikram, there certainly is a limit to the number of cars that can go on track.

Like memo suggested, not all cars will be running on track at the same time. Those details can be worked out as we know the final list of confirmations.

Hi guys, could some of the more experienced P&P drivers put up a short list of things to check or have serviced in a car before a track session ? The last time me & a fellow team-bhp member were at a P&P session, one of the cars developed a serious coolant issue in the days after driving on the track. Would it make sense to carry a spare set of belts & hoses, just in case ? I guess it would also help if a short list of spares to carry is also put up by the experienced P&P guys so that in the eventuality that something goes wrong, cars aren't stranded at the track on a Sunday.

If I remember correctly the car that had the over flowing coolant problem was the Fiat Palio. I think this had been caused by the owner opening the radiator cap when the engine was hot and the coolant just rushed out.

There is no specific list of parts that need to be carried. Out on track anything can go wrong with a car. Just ensure that your clutch & brakes are in good condition and all the fluids are topped up to the correct levels.

Also make sure that whatever tyres you use can stand up to the abuse they are going to go through. I remember Headers almost doing a 360 in front of me on track when one of his tyres gave way.

obviously as the cars are more or less moded. its a good idea to get the cooling system read radiator, coolant pump and tank and other cooling related stuff check-ed up. repalce the break pads also if they arent worn out. but better would be to get the breaks cleaned and pads checked-up before hitting the track.

what about the tyres who all are going to put on better shoes for their cars!?

mann i wish i had my ride would have come from cbe to just be a spectator even. going onto the track is a bad idea with a car such as verna. one will be asking for trouble.( i know my cars limits )

dont mind me asking but not even one Lancer car?? man that will be a loss. the lancer is one hell of a handler!! and what about cedia? anyone coming with that?

no accords also!!?
