Ah they are flooded with bugs I guess. After I received 5 testi and 11 votes the site claims with this message:

Hey thanks for that.

The Cedia online application is a bad example, after every single testimonial or vote the profile get locked and displays that the page is under moderation.

Till the moderation, they close the application for me forcing those who come to my page intentionally to cast their vote. And I'm standing on looser side. I wrote emails to the organisers and no avail.

I was able to find the number of one of the guys from the marketting company and call them up.They told that there has been multiple complaints regarding the moderation aspect and site locking up after testimonials were submitted.It was a feature which would prevent people from directly posting testimonials or content which might potentially hurt the reputation of the company.But they assured that they will remove this feature by today mid-day.I think that's some good news!!!

In fact the moderation is a good idea, however they should not block the profile view for moderation. What they should do ideally is to collect individual votes and testimonials and display only moderated content on the profile. But there seems to be a application design problem here.
