You are right. The City did 13.6

As for the pictures, I have been caught up with loads of work and will be posting them soon.

The results were not displayed on the boards like last time and I have only 3 images of the results. There was a major goof up with the announcements of results again and many people did not even know about the timings their cars did!

Thanks man. Yes I did win the upto 165cc class and I set the fastest timing down a drag strip on any Indian single cylinder 4-stroke till date. I did a flat 15 sec with a lazy launch(coz I could not set-up the engine as the organisers were kind to not give us even a single practise run) and with an exit speed of 140kph.

Madhu's car did a best of 13.3 in the Indian open.

Madhu Sudhan Reddy 13.360 0.699 14.059

Joel Joseph 15.429 1.115 16.544

Joel, bro, gotta work on that RT. Killer time though. A lot of respect for the way you race.

I had predicted an early 13s run for Madhu. I'm going to stick my neck out and say that we can expect a 12.x run from him in Mumbai, should SR happen. It would be killer to see that car and time, the quickest time from an Indian sedan, keep up with imports and AWDs.

His car has all the potential to do that easily, I had read in earlier post (Deccan Quartermile Drag II) someone had mentioned that Raj team did not show up with their Vintage collection and if they show up it would be with this kind of timing. 13.XX time and a Vintage collection

13.3 is a phenomenal time for an OHC. Hope he breaks into the 12 secs in B'bay.

The way Madhu's car moved was phenomenol, no other word for it. It was a treat to watch that car on the strip.

Best of luck to Madhu for the Mumbai ACI Speedrun.

Cheers,
