1969 Fiat 1100d
Engine Specifications:
  • 1089cc petrol
Engine Misc.:
  • Vacuum advance distributor
  • M32BIC MS1061 Carb
  • BOSCH Super Plugs with .7mm Gap
Turbocharger & Induction:
  • S1 Air to Air Filter with original Kirloskar Air-filter element (Purolator also works but the paper enclosed in metal ones)
Fuel & Tuning:
  • Near Stoichiometric setting
Exhaust:
  • S1 Manifold
  • s1 Front pipe with Dual inlets
  • S1 muffler
  • S1 Tail pipe
Drivetrain:
  • optimised
Weight reduction & transfer:
  • N/A
Suspension, wheels & tires:
  • Gabriel stock shocks, Aura 14 X 5.5j 98 pcd 41mm offset, Goodyear GPS2 155/80R14 (front) 165/80 R14 (Rear)
Interior:
  • Stock (bucket seats) - These are similar to the 103 buckets, however the headrests are added (the way in which it has been done is purely - me)
Exterior:
  • Only addition, is a bull bar, so thats the Bulls can pull once the car can't. Jokes apart, thats the ugliest bit on the car but has a practical use of preventing our other car backing up into the radiator of our most prized posession, apart from, ofcourse ourselves.
  • Body difference between 1100d and the other Premiers after it, was that in the 1100d there is a continuous arc (Bow) from the headlamp top till the tail lamp top. In the Padmini the front wings/fenders are raised (so the arc is not continuous), so the headlights are a bit higher.
So here is the same car with a 2k paint job. However externally there is almost no change. The interiors have received fresh colors.
