Unhappy Crashed Enzo Ferrari - painful to see!

Happened this morning on Pacific Coast Highway in California. I've driven the road a few times and cannot believe the maniac who would drive a car at such a speed on this scenic route; he must have been doing close to 300km/h:

Don't think it'll be hard to find the driver - my guess is he had been drinking and that's why he ran away.... what an arse!

Holy ****!!! Never seen an exotic that has completely split in half and engine+drivetrain lying on the side of the road. Its not hard to belive that the idiot was going at at least 150mph. And in the link provided, the guy said that he was the passenger and that the driver ran off after the crash....lol!

Its suprising that he was alive after such a crash, him being able to run away is even more astonishing!!
So who won the race? The SLR or the Ferrari

How easy is it to split an Enzo into two? I think this is the third picture I am seeing, of an Enzo crash with the front and rear ends lying separately on the road.

Too bad for the car. And I can just hear a SLR driver from the west coast laugh out loud

Driver ran away and owner who was the passenger does not have a clue !!!! Gimme a break, with CSI style technology - the truth will be a no brainer!

Is it me or that there are too many Ferrari drivers who think that they are god and fall to earth pretty fast

At least it makes the car even rarer and keeps resale values up!

Actually the driver was the owner..the investigators are speculating that the driver and the owner were one..reason being..there was blood on the owners face and none on the passenger side airbag, but some on the driver side airbag..

also the Enzo here is showing a classic F1 safety design where the engine and everything shreds to pieces on impact whereas the caqbin remains intact..or this could just be a very very lucky day for the unlucky driver...

They say this guy seems to be 2x years old..son of a rich father.. spoilt brat

bad to see,
another proof in showing that driving skills not necessarily increase with pocket size.

apperently car owner was passenger during incident & his alcohol level was above legal limit.

CBS used top gear footage in their news
