not bad, though design cue's seem to be from the hummer and the range rover in the lara croft tomb raider movie!

Isnt this the SWB Landcruiser based vehicle? Even the front looks like older LCs. Maybe thats what Toyota intended. Maybe they named it after the Landcruiser FJ.

Thumbs up 2007 Toyota FJ cruiser

Saw the review for the 2007 Toyota FJ cruiser on TV. all people lookin for a 4X4, rejoice.
http://www.automobilemag.com/reviews...ta_fj_cruiser/
The toyota has the best of both worlds, AWD when on the road and one flick of the switch and 4X4 when off-road. It looks good and is gonna be atleast 4,000 CAD$ cheaper than the Sonata in Canada. This is one bad SUV that really should be laubched in India (around the 9lakh - 10lakh region - MAX). The Trax Gurkha and the Judo are great off-roaders, but lack in interiors and amenities. the Toyota really puts the groove back in Off-Roading.

Maybe a little. But they have preserved a lot of the classic FJ series Land Cruiser.
