Chris Harris drives the production version of the Porsche 918 Spyder.

Its a very complicated machine which is FAST and quite a handful with all electronic aids switched off. And the roof goes on and off in between a lap. Enjoy!

Here is a review of the Chevrolet Volt. Its not a full on Chris Harris review and is rather mundane. I expected to see more of the car.

Will cut him a slack due to the holidays and being in US.

Chris Harris is set to drive the P1 pretty soon. He says it was a choice of being early or getting a bit more time in it. And they went for the latter.

Not at his best - probably trying a bit too hard to justify his initial thoughts on the MX-5

Latest video from Chris Harris:

A good bye to the fantastic AMG 6.2 V8, my favorite engine ever(re: my signature ). I am going to miss this engine. Hopefully I have the opportunity to buy used one in the future sometime.

Not just yet! Only the C63 is retiring and that excellent tribute there is for the car. The engine will remain in production.

The C63 AMG is the last car with that engine. It and the SLS were the last, and the SLS was phased out last year. This car will be gone in the next few months. I don't think any other cars use this engine.

With the new C-Class the AMG is going to have a 4.0 V8 twin-turbo.

The SLS AMG GT Final Edition will have the 6.2 V8. 350 units will be made and the launch is Mar 2014.

Ahh, OK.. I though the SLS Final Edition has already started production.

But anyway, the engine will be dead by the end of the year, which is sad.
