lol. Yes I know. I felt very odd there in my shorts.

But of course, had I got a chance to see capriccio in the evening, I would have gone in my jacket and tie. Not like that, no no.

With respect to the normal audience, may be. But imagine, Sam, if you were to be a tenor doing a role in modern opera, you would have fitted right in on the stage. This is Paris, after all.

No pics from Place Pigalle? Was MR not on your itinerary?

Thanks, Sam, reading your travelogue is like feeling it through your senses. C'est vraiment magnifique!

Default The Yeti® visits Mercedes-Benz®

I know, this should be the best, but it was an OK showroom. Surprising isn't it?

Well as you can see, they have excellent taste in speakers.

I'm surprised how did they allow you to take pics inside a retail store.

That is not a retail store. It is a place where Mercedes displays their latest cars and is open for public to walk in and take a look. The only car you can buy there would be a scale model!

Rtech, does it mean that its just for display and absolutely no sales? Then whatss the fun of opening, let people see and go to another store to buy?

Well, this, and the Toyota and Peugeot (and a new Citroen) displays are on the most popular tourist destination in Paris the Champs-Elysées. So what they get is publicity and constant flow of human traffic in & out. Basically is great advertising.
