Default For those who think I don't work

For your information, I did not get a standard issue Harman Team shirt, as part of the crew.

Jenny and her colleague and friend (Also Jenny) have taken me under their spiked wings as a personal assistant and they are making me slave incessantly.
Apparently the German laws on bonded labour are relaxed during this show (or so I am told.)

Please look at what they have made me wear for 2 days.

For your information, it says "Personal Assistant to Jenny I and Jenny II. (I asked for it)"

I like the look of the Becker audio stuff.

Saw the prices, though. Please tell me it's never going to be available in India!

Can't be a turbo. Exhaust lines are unbroken. Must be some fancy airfilter.

Default YetiBlog® - 26th August 2008

I'm going to Germany!!

It has taken me very little time to pack. I'm getting to be a seasoned packer now, lol.
The Swiss flight is scheduled for 12.50, so I will reach the airport by 10pm.

The Airport is looking better and better every time I travel and now it seems that the new duty free section is almost complete. The check-in areas are not much better than they were before. I have never flown Swiss before, not when they were Swiss Air and not when they lost their last name.

I finish all formalities with a little friendly help, spend an hour in the (very crowded) lounge and soon I'm on the Aero-Bridge to the plane. It does not say Swiss on it, just a HUGE Star Alliance logo.

It is an old plane, fairly sparse. Business class is not nice at all. The seats do not recline completely and the uphostery is old. The Stewardesses do not recline completely either and they are old too.
It's weird and uncomfortable.

A nice old lady takes the seat next to mine and I help her with her bag. I just want to sleep. Thankfully the major part of the flight will be over first - 8.5 straight hours.
I look for the do not disturb sticker, fill up my breakfast order form, get my little air-pillow and wrap my eyes up and cover my ears with my headphones. Crashy-time.

As usual, the volume of the iPod is low and I am beginning to doze off.

Rrrrrrrrrr.......Rrrrrrrrrr......

That is a funny sound coming from my AKGs. I fiddle with the wire with my eyes still tightly shut.

Rrrrrrrr.....RRrrrrraaaawwwww......

I lift the blinkers and stare at the iPod. My iris contracts with the light. Dammit.

I take my headphones off.

The nice old lady next to me is snoring for all she is worth. It is an impossible snore. I look at her helplessly and put my headphones back on. Turn it up Sam.

The volume is too loud now and I have a fitful sleep. Soon I land at Zürich. A quick walk through this efficient and beautiful Airport, taking the skytrain and then the walkway to the domestic terminal.
