Wow, great find and share GTO. Similar stroke albeit a completely different industry – I highly recommend reading Shoe Dog by Phil Knight, on how Nike came to be.

Sounds reasonable. Indian market is the least of their priorities and it shows.

One of the most admired business leaders in the industry. Everyone wanted to have a pie of him, Ford and GM too. His vision of "alliance" was something unheard of in industry filled with failing take-overs and mergers. And his bet on Electric cars, to have an entire line up of a quadricycle, hatchbacks, sedan and utility (Kangoo Z.E) when his rivals didn't dare to move an electron is amazing resolute. The success of the electric program is mixed, yet the first mover (full line up)advantage still holds.

He is a strong personality and a very inspiring one at that.

Thank you for sharing the link GTO!
