Front end looks nice and sporty except for the tristar logo which is seriously and hideously oversized.

Rear end of the sedan looks v.average kinda clumsy, reminds me of the new Baleno/SX4 sedan.

The outgoing C class had that million dollar rear end look. Here is the wagen.

i think the rear looks much better than the previous C and it fits the wagon perfectly.

I agree about the back - the rear deck is way to short - reminds me of the 316i's from the mid 90's. 10% longer and this would have been a well proportioned car. Not as attractive as the new 3 series in my opinnion. And I absolutely loathe these new Merc Audi-esque steering wheels - Bring back the:

aaiiii

nothing great, plain jane, the AMG kit looks fine thats about it, below avg looker overall, atleast 3series is better looker...they should take some design clues from the japs now, the IS and G are a million miles ahead of this design, this design seems to go backwards in time..

One major problem with the C-Class or for that matter all German cars has been reliability problems. Mercedes had better improve their reliability or else they will loose even more market share to Lexus. The new Lexus IS is regarded as a highly capable alternative to the C-Class and 3-Series. Hope Mercedes will do all they can to improve reliability.

I liked it! And just coz it looks like a baby S-Class. But I'd never buy a Mercedes. They don't appealled much to me. BMW is the way to go...
