Please help someone..they couldnt be doing this to my single fav car..the 3 series coupe..it seems that the new 4 series is going to replace the 3 series coupe and the 3 series 4dr will remain 3 series..so i read in a mag..

Its all set to be launched in 06..

To tell you the truth..i hate the front(quite an opp from other bmws since i like the front of almost all the others), like the side..find the back okok..but over all its a crime if u tell me this will replace the current 3 coupe..

so 3 series coupe become 4 series. 3 series sedan remains 3 series. why cant they get an all new 4 series only??? its confusing.

But on the bright side...

the M4 is suppose to house a 400 bhp engine..not much is known but it is suppose to be insanely fast...crushing all the plans of lexus and cadilac to bring out a M3 killer...for lexus it would have been an IS430 and cadillac a new CTS with a bigger engine..

I would love to be in that(M4)...no matter...

the max the M3 ever got was a 343 bhp inline 6. Are they plannin the M5 V8 engine in the M3 [oops....sorry M4]??

I am pretty sure its a v8 , but dont know if its the same as M5...i guess it should be since it would save them money..just detune it..but then imagine the possibilities of someone tuning it upwards to the M5 level..fhew cant even think of it..

First things first that car doesnt look like a BMW up front.. I guess this is another victim of Bangle treatment. But I guess so M4 which u mentioned might be worth waiting for

I think the owner family of BMW wanted to do away with the BMW image and wanted to create new and edgy designs..thats what i heard..they wanted something..new, cool and unconventional..they took a gambble and it hasnt really paid off yet..except in the case of Z4 whos sales are up 250% in comparison to the Z3 last year this month..
