Yes the C is the latest edition to the Geely Group.

And heres what Geely has to say about themselves :

Our
?? automobiles have high quality performance??. It is the best for your money value. At present we have three makes: HAOQING, MERRIE, ULIOU. You could find many models of our automobiles in the market, such as JL/HQ, JL/HQ6360E, JL1010, JL1010S, MR6370A, MR7130, MR6410, etc. As environmentalists, JL/HQ6360B, MR6370A and MR6410 are equipped with TOYOTA-8A engines and the displacement reaches the EUII standard.

No innovation, No life. We
?? pay great attention to developing new models. This year you will find another style coming into the market, HAOQING 300. Next year is BEAUTY LEOPARD. Then, MERRIE 300 . The three styles represent the trend of our?? automobiles.

Hey V12 when you look at that car from the rear end doesnt it look like an Indigo fitted with C Class lights? Even the doors if you observe carefully. Only the bonnet is a bit less sloping . This is pathetic . How are Mercedes Benz quiet about this

Man, that really is the limit as far as copying designs goes. Maybe we should send of these pics to MB in germany and see what they say about it? Would be interesting to note their reply don't you think?

Qoros -official debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2013

Qoros will focus on making mainstream luxurious sporty cars aimed for people in their 30s for the Chinese market and for export to Europe. Qoros has called for the services of Volker Steinwascher who worked for nearly two decades with Volkswagen and ex-MINI designer Gert Volker Hildebrand

It is backed by some interesting giants including Magna Steyr, TWR, Continental, Bosch, Valeo and Microsoft. Qoros has set a target to build 1,50,000 cars a year, and later, if sales go well, production could be increased by up to 4,50,000 a year

Qoros could finally be the Chinese brand to fear in the west

Quote:
..."Someone has to be a game-changer, and maybe Qoros has the opportunity once and for all to change the perception of quality for 'Made in China,'" Arto Hampartsoumian, CEO of BBH China told Ad Age. "Something so visible as a car, if it does live up to the expectation ... then they will be able to change perceptions on a bigger scale." The company's ad slogan is "A New Drive."...

Chinese auto majors have the audacity to take their copycat designs to international markets. I have attached the link to an Autoexpress-UK report re Chinese exhibit of such cars at the Dubai Motor Show:
