Wow Austria is beautiful. The last time I saw Austria was in a James Bond movie - Live and Let Die (1987) couple of years back.

Excellent pics Sam. Rekindles memories of my trip to Europe. I just love those rain soaked streets and the brightly lit and colorful shops.

Then we hit the AutoBahn. And I drove as fast as I could. I couldn't cross 220kmph, because I did not dare to, because there was traffic and it was snowing and wet.

I have never sat in a car where I was doing 150kmph and when I touch the accelerator, she would lurch and scream forward with ease, like I was doing 40.
I enjoyed the speed and power a lot, but I am sorry to disappoint you dreamers, I expected more. Much more than this. It was a good car but that's it. I did not enjoy the driving experience the way it was described, or imagined.

Please do not think I am saying that the M3 is not a good car, I am not qualified to make a statement like that, I am not even a good driver, leave alone an enthusiast. I am saying that as a layman, I expected more. Perhaps I was not able to drive the way you car enthusiasts do.
Another reason why I will never buy a sports car.

Then after driving for a long while we stopped at a beautiful lake for a bit.

Sam: Come out schatz, the lake is beautiful and there are so many birds.
TheOne®: No thanks. It's freezing, you enjoy, I'll stay in. I've seen lakes and birds before, lol.

And so we drove back to Munich in this wonderful car, filled her up in the city with Super and returned it with many thanks to BMW Welt.

My story can continue in Munich city and Heilbronn (full of parties and travelling) if you want it to continue. The BMW story kinda ends here.

Sam you did 220 on road where which was wet and still you don't call yourself an enthusiast Ha humbug. How was the car around curves ?
Loved the last pic looks like the Older man is giving an armful of opposite lock. And next time you go to Germany ask BMW for something better, and higher up the hierarchy like a BMW MOne

Last - I get the lovely ladies to strike a pose for my camera.

The music was pumping, the pizzas were tossing and the booze was flowing.
