One of the greatest hot rod legends Boyd Coddington passed away at the age of 63.

I used to watch his hot- rod show on Discovery and his work was just exemplary.

The hot rod industry will miss a great personality.

Sad indeed, The automotive fraternity has definitely lost a stalwart. His work as already mentioned was exquisite. Lets pray for his soul to rest in peace.

Never was a fan of the show, have been a fan of his work though. He knew how to design and make those real hot-rods.

Sad to hear this news.
Loved his rods, especially the one featured in the ZZ Top video. Was a 30's, Red Ford/Chevy coupe.

Very sad news for enthusiasts around the world......RIP Boyd. My condolences to his family.

Even I was eager to see just how he would manage to save that Belvedere. We can now only dream about what might have been.
