its not surprising since GM owns part of Suzuki already !! its only matter of time when GM takeover Suzuki.

AFAIK, GM has a share of 3% in Suzuki. Nothing close to a take-over position.

And a take-over seems rather unlikely as GM sold its shares from 20.4 to 3% in 2006.
