Lovely pics Rudra.
I'm sure the red car shown above is an early 1920's Pullman limousine.
The 1924 Pullman limousine had a 6 litre 6cyl 140bhp supercharged engine.

The black convertible is absolutely mind blowing.

The first one is the 500K, the SL 500 of its time. Legend in its lifetime and even now. There were a few of them with some of the maharajas here.

the 500K is mindblowing, still holds it's own today. i've seen so many people own a scaled model of this car. but i've seen one in real life, touched it even, and it was in white. i'm really at a loss for adjectives, i just wished i could have heard her start up. ohh..i just though of an adjective that suits it perfectly, majestic.

The 500k is one of the most beautiful looking cars to this very day. I really wish I could see one in the flesh

hey Dippy,

I did see one. Shrikant Shah from Pune had one in his garage for some time. He was to restore it fro a client. It sure makes a statement...!

I believe they had top brass from MB Germany down to authenticate the car. Those guys even offered a ridiculous sum of money for it, but were refused. Anyways, they wouldn't have been able to take the car out of India due to the laws.
