The Mustang is proof that there is an all powerful, omniscient , omnipotent god.

I once saw a 69 (or was it a 70 ) mustang for sale - 30K - terribly rusted around the chassiss and engine bay but the interiors were surprisingly in good nick.

/misc anecdote from the Vintage Car hall at Autoexpo Delhi '04 - 2 young geniuses in front of a red 64 1/2 Mustang hardtop and one says 'yeh to contessa lag rahi hai' (now i like the contessa as well but I believe the holy grail everyone is searching for is actually a Mustang.

But definitely a great piece of design, has retro cues but is overall a thorougly modern in design . (at least if you opt for Independent suspension and not a solid axle)

if yer referring to me . it was black, parked at 'Naya Bans' village smack bang in the centre of Noida - body panels rusted, filled with putty , i didnt examine the engine carefully but could note it was rusted all over...all in all in terrible shape ...sacrilege... but the interiors were fine, still the old original red/black vinyl , original steering etc - not even ripped. Was 2 -3 years back - btw there is an ad for a 79 8cyl mustang manual in timesclassifieds....

Default 2005 Mustang GT 500

Helllo "Team" mates,
did you guys hear about the new shelby GT 500?? 450bhp 5.4Litre.
I think the 05 mustang definitely carries the cue's from the legend in the late 60's... 6 speed manual is also amazing.
otherwise difficult to find manual transmission on even the best american sportscars.
chill pill
