Default Tata to pump "tens of millions" into Jaguar Land Rover

Wonder where all this money comes from. However, after all the squealing by the Big Three in the US this comes as a refreshing case where the automaker is putting money on the table before telling the Government "your turn!":

Yes! The first question which popped up in my mind too; where does all these bucks come from?
Mr. Mallya wants to buy more F1 teams and Tata is pumping out money in loads.

Thru out the world, it is a hard time for automotive manufacturers and most are cash strapped too. The american 3 are leading the way to doom which the government is trying to avoid. In between all this golmaal, our country men are in a spending spree or what?

Anyway, it was sure that Tata had lots in mind when they got the JLR deal in their pockets. Now, they're beginning to implement their plans it seems.
All the best, Tata! You make our country proud.
