Default 305 MPH(Limited) Mosler MT900 GTR XX Twin Turbo Land Shark!!

Source:Car News and reviews, videos, wallpapers, pictures, free games and more. - Top Speed

When you think of cars with enough power to push themselves through the air at 250+ MPH machines like the and the SSC Ultimate Aero Twin Turbo(255.83 MPH).But honestly the performance of these Ultra exotic super cars is laughable when seen next to the new Mosler MT900 GTR XX Twin Turbo Land Shark by Intense Automotive Design. Why you ask? Because the latest iteration of Johnny Mosler’s mid-engine super car is limited to 305 MPH, a number more commonly associated with kilometers.
The "Land Shark" weighs in at only 1898 lbs (551 lbs less than the GTR XX) and is powered by a 381 cubic inch engine V8 that delivers no less than 2500 HP! The Land Shark can sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in just 2.5 seconds and hits the 150 MPH mark just 4.2 seconds later, but the ridiculous starts to happen 17.5 seconds after takeoff when the speedometer in this MT900 crosses 250 MPH, and keeps on going.
The Mosler MT900 GTR XX Twin Turbo Land Shark will make its official debut at the 2009 Bonneville Speed Week. I couldn’t think of a more appropriate location on Earth.

My thoughts exactly, and I too can't think of a better location for it's debut than Bonneville flats.

Yeah it sure does. Probably this car was made with technical support by the Aliens or by reverse engineering a UFO and hence the plates.

Holy mother of god!!!!

2500bhp on a 862kg chassis. Thats a power to weight ratio of 2900bhp/ton

No wonder it had to be limited to 488kmph.

0-400kmph in 17.5 secs? The Veyron takes a good 50+ secs to do that. Infact, it takes 16.7 secs just to touch 300kmph.

Well it has just blown every other supercar right into the weeds with it's unbelievable performance figures.

Any idea about the price ? I'm tempted to buy one if it fits into my budget

Thats some serious power. Am curious how they managed to extract so much power from that V8. Also am curious what shoes its wearing.

Did you mean 2500 BHP per tonne or 2500 BHP. A V 8 that delivers 2500 BHP?

Sounds kinda unbelivable, waht is it fuel ? Nitromethane + methanol ?

Checked the link even it says 2500 BHP.

None the less, even though this might be faster than the Veyron, but it just doesnt look exotic, it doesnt capture my imagination of an exotic.

cheers,
ac
