Though the greenhouse is very similar to the Gallardo, i really think this car still retains quite a bit of Lotus heritage. Except the pop-up lights that is. The reason why the don't have pop-ups is simple.... safety regs in the states don't allow pop-ups. Same reason why the new Corvette no longer has pop-ups.

IMO, this isn't the final design. This is an artist's rendition. I'd wait till next year when Lotus decides to get some cars on-road, covered in "raincoats" and then for the computer whizzes to decipher the lines of the car.
