It is a Vauxhall Firenza

You need to read the rules - this thread is for production cars, not one-offs etc. Any further such postings will be deleted

Default ID:400; 1955 Goliath GP700

ID:400 is a 1955 Goliath GP700. These cars were built at Bremen from 1950-1957.

The engine was a 2-cylinder inline, 2-stroke, water cooled, fuel-injected 688 cc engine, mounted transversely in front, like many British-Leyland cars to follow. It developed a max. of 29 bhp @ 4,500 rpm, pushing the car to 105 km/h. It drove a 4 speed gearbox controlled by a steering column mounted gear-selector.

A 1952 Goliath was the world's first car to use Bosch direct fuel injection.
The car had 6V electrics.

The black car in the pic, like the blue one below is a 1955.

pic below kindly contributed by @karlosdeville.

It is a Chinese pirate copy of the Daewoo Magnus.

Chery Eastar (Chinese illegal imitation of Daewoo Magnus)

The sheetmetal immediately announced itself as some kind of Daewoo Magnus. But then the grille -- Looked like a model of GM's Indian Optra.

Variations on the Daewoo Magnus platform are produced and sold worldwide under the names:
Chevrolet Optra, Daewoo/Chevrolet Evanda, Suzuki Verona, Holden Epica and Buick Excelle.

Chevrolet Optra

Intellectual Property controversy
Chery of China tried to wangle a license from the bankrupt Daewoo of Korea for rights to copy and produce the Magnus in China.
That license never saw light of day. Then GM acquired Daewoo, which became GM's subsidiary in Korea, under the name GM Daewoo Auto & Technology (GMDAT).

Chery nevertheless went on to pirate and produce Daewoo Magnus cars in China, without license. GM sued Chery in China for pirating the Daewoo Magnus and the Matiz/Spark. But Chinese law does not honor foreign Intellectual Property rights.

The Chinese forced GM to drop the case, or retreat out of the Chinese market entirely. GM greed for the huge Chinese market, saw them drop the piracy case in China.

GM sell their official GM-Daewoo Magnus in China under the name Buick Excelle.

Buick Excelle (GM's Daewoo Magnus for Chinese market)
