Any changes in the gear lever department ? I really loved the base exposed version. It was like, everything is happening right infront of your eyes

The reason why they replaced the 'boat-wheel' steering wheel is because the wheel couldn't accommodate an airbag. Fitment of an airbag in the steering wheel was made mandatory and hence, Spyker had to ditch the 'boat-wheel' for most markets and install a conventional steering wheel! However, the 'boat-wheel' is still available as an option if one wishes to import the car to a country where the rules on airbags aren't stringent.

It's absolutely lovely isn't it? The exposed gear lever mechanism, the 'boat-steering' and the hand-crafted interiors are to die for! One of my favourite cars of all time! It's so exquisite and exotic! I'd choose the C8 over a Jag XK-R or an Aston Martin V8 Vantage any day!

The rims are quite good. But the spoiler sucks IMO.

Those spokes look like razor blades! You're absolutely right! Only the Italians can do this! Only the Italians! What a gorgeous car and a super post!

Yup! It's a beautiful, exquisite thing! Spyker's C8 is a very underrated car when compared to Jags and Astons IMO.

The wire wheels on the Jag E-Type makes everything else look hyped!

These are the Perfect Pimped out rims. I love the Red/Chrome combo one(as the wheel, but couldn't think of any car that will suit em).I think it will go with the Mobile store phantom
