Looks much better than the contraption called 'Dzire' that sells here. I do not like the tweaked indicators on the front though !

Its just our old Esteem with some mild face-lifting,what's so bad about it? Just looks dated, not bad.

And I love those interiors.Simple, uncluttered and gives that no-nonsense mid-90s feel!

Is this car on sale in China even now? If so, I'm delighted. The Chinese deserve such cars. Show them a new model and you have a cheap clone even before you bat your eyelid.

Yep me too.
The 90's look is just what you say,Simple ,uncluttered.....
Even though they have this outdated model,i don't agree that they don't get nice cars.
Not the chinese companies, but other international carmakers are spoiling the chinese with a wide range of products.(not to say they get copied the moment chinese set their eyes on them)

As far as believing Suzuki's chinese site, they don't sell anything apart from the Jimny and the Grand Vitara. And in fact, check out Suzuki Pakistan's site, the Swift they sell there is what gets sold in Japan, I believe (with the DeZire's grill).

The pic seems to be pretty old. Things have changed now.

Amen to that. Dzire is not even close to being called a good looking car, modern or otherwise.

The OP has not mentioned if this is the current swift in China or the previous gen one. Guys, please do not go about saying that the Chinese deserve this. Just look at their cities, they have much much better lifestyle than ours.
