In Netherlands I see it like this
1. Volkswagen
2. Peugeot
3. BMW
4. Citroen & Renault / SEAT
5. Mercedes / Ford / Vauxhall
6. Audi / Toyota / Suzuki
7. Porsche / Landrover / Nissan / Hyundai
FIAT, Chevy and HONDA I don't see them often.

Well in USA, it really depends on the region. Here in north-east, most seen cars are Toyota, Honda, Nissan and for high end: Merc, BMW, Infiniti, Lexus. Not many Ford or Chevys around but if you travel down south to GA or Alabama, Ford and Chevys are seen most. In Texas, you will find lot of F-150s pickup.
