Hmm...even I heard that it was not possible for Bugatti to take out the Veyron on a production scale...maybe my auto knowledge has started stagnating. Anyway....it's a pity the Mac had to lose to the Koenigg...though I would still route for the McLaren F1.

I think koenigsegg CCX should snatch the title away from Veyron and I prefer the shape of the CCX anyday and CCX will also spoil you in good enough luxury..I really want the Zonda to be on topic but until Pagani does something, I would have to say CCX...

Zonda is the best thing that happened to Supercars...

I use to "Hate" with koenigsegg but now i have new found respect for them as well as their design..just like at once upon a time i did zonda..

The CCR did the ring very very close to CGT @ about 7:34 which was not a factory backed effort, now imagine a factory backed effort and on top of that imagine CCX...jesus, i thought the Zonda F was madening..

The "yikes" signifies sheer insanity. I'm 100% pro-Zonda, so fear not. I like Koenigseggs, but somehow, I consider them 'unique', rather than 'jaw-dropping' like the Zondas, 'beastly' like the Lambos or 'beautiful' like the others.

Hope Pagani's listening...fat chance :P

as far as i had heard it was the koenigsegg that was supposed to be the fastest... but my favorite is and always will be the McLaren F1... i just love that car...

veyron without a doubt

mclaren fans....
i read an article somewhere ... a comparison btwn veyron and mclaren f1

they gave the mclaren a 10 second head start ... by which time it was doing about 135 mph
the veyron set off at this point ... reaching 200 mph at the SAME time as the mclaren. so much for accelaration huh ??
its rather difficult to fathom really.

veyron top speed is est to be be 410kmph ... evn if its not ... it would be substantially faster than the mclaren F1

some facts from top gear :
the veyron can accelarate faster from 0-200 mph , that the mclaren f1 can from 100-200 mph , so there must be some truth in the article in my previous post ..
its outstanding

top speed : 253 mph (electronically restricted)
