Talking Ferrari FF - First Crash! "Here we go!"

After the Italia, the latest Fezza, the FF has started to hit dirt. Not exactly a "crash", might be just a bumper-bender but this one's hilarious! Excuse the beeps from the freaked out reviewer

According to some reports this is a pre-crash pic of the same car but I doubt cos I think i see a blue car in the video and the one in the pic is a BR Green.

ROFL, that was so hillarious. Seems like he ran over something big or clipped the bumper on the curbs maybe ??

Here's one pic from Jalopnic. Acc. to them, the guy was driving a left-hand drive car, going round a right-hand bend with no kerb, which suddenly had a kerb halfway round. He hit the kerb and damaged two wheels.

Talking to the camera on narrow roads with traffic: Check!

Sunglasses: Check!

Overconfidence " committed to the throttle you can be...on a very twisty narrow road that shouldn't really suit this car.": Check!

And he still wants to know how it happened!

So who would pay for the damages?

Imagine something like this happening in India.
Didn't one of the Indian journalist bang a Mercedes once?

ooops! thats bad - after seeing his expression - i wonder how Mr Bean would have reacted ?

but - i feel that he had no clue that the kerb was there. he didn't even get a chance to correct the steering.

Brittish accent + LHD car. Thats how.

Add to that :
- Unfamiliar car
- Unfamiliar road
- Tight & twisty road

When you switch from RHD to LHD or vice versa, getting used to driving on the other side of the road is just one part of the adjustment.
The other part is the fact that the bulk of the car is now on the other side of you. Sometimes you don't realise this, and in a LHD car its common for your inside (usually rear) wheel to hit the curb when taking a right-hander.

Usually the parent company/mag would purchase insurance, remember something like that being mentioned on Top Gear
